Have a light breakfast in the morning. Breakfast should not contain spicy or oily foods. Remember that it is not good if you are sitting in one place after breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It is very important for you to be active. So whether you are doing a computer or desk job, you need to walk around the office or desk area after every 45 to 60 minutes. If using stairs that is more useful as a part of the exercise. Also, the same time drink a glass of normal or hot water. Avoid drinking cold water all the way. These are very helpful tips to control Diabetes.

Avoid taking stress during office hours. Try to do everything easily. We know that working without stress is not easy, but you can control it yourself as much as you can. Inform or discuss with your senior in advance how long it will take to get the job done; which will be good for you later.

Other Tips to Control Diabetes

Have lunch on time. But be sure to have lunch at 2 or 2.30 pm. At lunch, include green vegetables and salads as needed. But avoid eating rice. Rice increases the sugar level. Eat rice proportionally once a week if you have it. Avoid rice at dinner.

No need to take sugar level checks daily. But if you are feeling overwhelmed, it is best to take a 3-4 day hunger once in the morning and two hours after lunch. Remember that or make some notes.

If you are at home or a housewife, it may be best to rest for half an hour after lunch. If possible, recommend drinking tea with less sugar or without sugar. Try to drink green tea or tea without milk & sugar is best. Sometimes It may change your mood as well.

Even in the evening, keep walking for 30 to 45 minutes. Sugar levels are controlled by walking. Having dinner at around 9 pm is also very good or it is best to eat 2 hours before going to bed. Do not sit at one place after dinner. Sticking to one place with a laptop or mobile is also not a good habit.
